The Wielkopolski Union of Employers (WZP) is a:

  • voluntary,
  • apolitical,
  • non-profit,

organization which uses all the acquired profits for financing its stautory activities.

The Union operates in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship [province].

Based on the assumption that a genuinely free market and privatization can create proper conditions for development of Polish enterprises, WZP constantly acts towards full conversion of the Polish economy into a free-market business environment by means of legal and institutional changes, as well as changes of social consciousness.

The main task and aim of WZP is to protect the rights and interests of its associated members in relations with trade unions of employees, government institutions and administration, as well as local self-government bodies.

The Wielkopolski Union of Employers aims at creating a lobbing organization at the regional and national levels supporting the actions of the employers movement and influencing the legislative and executive authorities. The Union has initiated cooperation with the Voivodship authorities – as a result it has delegated its representatives to work with the following organizations:

  • Voivodship Employment Council,
  • Tax Commission of Appeal at the Financial Chamber in Poznań,
  • Supervisory Board of the Social security Institution in Poznań,

In accordance with one of the main principles of the employers movement, WZP aims at providing social stability in Poland by establishing harmonious relations between employers and employees

Personnel consultancy

We will focus our activities on finding and selecting employees fitting the needs of individual enterprises. Any company seeking our assistance will be able to use our personnel bank containing data on 10,000 managers, finance specialists, accountants, salesmen, computer specialists and secretaries.

Organization of trainings

Currently, also in response to the needs of our Members, we have prepared a professional training program.The main determinant for preparation of the training program was to create such program assumptions which could make it possible to train employees from all levels of your company. The outcome of this undertaking will be undoubtedly influenced by cooperation with persons involved in actual business life as well as with the best trainers.
